We did a safari from out of here which we also recommend + good laundry service! Because our flight was late, and the room was not booked yet, the family allowed us to stay longer than the check out time which is so incredibly kind. Thank you again for a great stay - we hope to see you in the future.

Hiru Villa is our best stay in Sri Lanka so far. With the best breakfast and dinner - that’s for sure! The place feels very intimate as there are only 4 rooms in the whole facility. The owners are super welcoming and treat everything with love. We had deluxe room and it was absolutely clean, had fresh flowers waiting for our arrival, there was pleasant fragrance that felt elegant and balanced… there are 5 amazing beaches in a walking distance from the place, you can swim, sunbath, surf - plenty of options. We were leaving early morning and get a breakfast to go. Thank you for such a beautiful time!

Lovely stay which had everything we needed for our 2 nights. The room was great and was clean! The location was a little out the way of the main area but was perfect for us as we had a bike and it meant it was peaceful at night. With a beach only a couple minutes down the road. The host were fantastic and friendly. The son was very helpful and lovely!

The hosts were very warm, kind and generous. We felt at home during our stay. The place is beautiful, a true oasis. It is easy to just walk out the door and discover the coastal area both left and right, by foot or by renting a scooter. When you come back from a day of exploring, the food of Hiru Villa is a true gift. Everything is amazing, especially the whole fish with rice and salad. What's great too? The next morning the joy begins all over again with amazing and versatile breakfast. Thank you for everything!

Exceptional hospitality, clean room, the greenery, nature at the doorstep with amazing secluded beaches just a minute walk away. The food is just amazing. We loved everything about this place but the icing on the cake is the host (Pavithra) who makes you feel at home immediately.

Beautiful tranquil place near a lovely wild beach. Clean air in the room, no musty or moldy smell, which is otherwise quite common in some Sri Lankan houses.

Hiru Villa Tangalle was absolutely incredible! peaceful escape surrounded by nature and gorgeous, practically empty beaches. The location is stunning – so green and tranquil, with the beach just a short walk away. The hosts were amazing –the kindest people. They went out of their way to help us with everything, from arranging bike and transport to giving us local tips. They were seriously the best breakfasts we had on our whole trip – so fresh and delicious. We loved every minute there!

Very clearn place. Staff was super friendly and helpful: They organized a scooter for us, answered all questions immediately and even baught us to the bus station and stopped the bus to Galle for us.

A villa with just 2 rooms between 2 beautiful lonely beaches. we loved everything! the homemade food, the comfy bed, the beaches. 100% recommended

The place is located to a short distance from the beach! Rooms are spacious and comfy, all it’s well maintained. The family who runs the Villa is so helpful and such a lovely people! And the food one of the best I had in Sri Lanka. I definitely recommend it!

“An idea south coast base”

This is simply a great place to chill out for a few days (or longer) close to wonderful undiscovered beaches. It's intimate too - just two rooms set in peaceful garden (more spacious than the pictures suggest) with its own superb restaurant. Dilum's knowledge and supportive attitude make everything seem easy (he also manages a luxury hotel in Tangalle) while his wife's kindness and cooking skills will make you wish you were staying for longer.

Very tasty authentic Sri Lankan breakfast. And a very helpful and friendly owner who arranged scooters, advised where to look, how to change money and provided lots of other useful information.
