Just an incredibly comfortable and beautiful place to stay. The service was exceptional and the food out of this world. You can hear the ocean all the time and there are 2 swimming beaches 5 minutes away

Peaceful location close to the sea. Small hotel which we prefer. Lovely pool. Great breakfasts, good dinners. Friendly staff.

Staff were amazing and looked after everything we needed. The pool area, room and bathroom was really nice too. Couldn't have asked for a better stay on our honeymoon.

Outstanding breakfast, beyond expectations. Ask for the pancakes and Sri Lankan omelette. The staff is amazing, catering to every guest and always available.

We stayed at Coco Tangalle for 3 nights and really loved our time here. We were in the King Coco room which had a wonderful terrace over the pool, the room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding, with many options to pick from and be made to order. The fruit platter was excellent and they made fresh juice as requested. We also had drinks and lunch here throughout our stay which was also of high quality. The service here was so friendly and attentive but also laid back. They cleaned the room twice a day which was handy.

I loved Coco because it was a small boutique hotel, once a family home that is now an intimate yet very private place to stay on the coast near Tangalle.. each room individually styled and exquisite. We had the Seaview room with balcony where we could sit and have tea or our gnt😉 the bathroom had a tree growing through the ceiling which we loved.. it’s certainly a place we’d come back to. The service is impeccable and the manager could not do anymore to help us with whatever we wanted.. all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended if you want relaxed, peaceful stay in Tangalle. Of btw, the pool area was perfect with loungers and shade.

A fantastic hotel. Beautiful villa and rooms with a lovely garden and pool by the sea. Excellent breakfast and dinner, also for vegetarians. Staff is amazing - so attentive yet discreet. Thanks to Dinuka and the rest of the team! We spent four nights here and would love to come back.

“The best place ever”

Honestly one of the best places we have ever stayed. The property is stunning, extremely clean, very comfortable and a great location, but what really makes the experience is the staff. The people here are truly some of the kindest and most genuine we have come across, and the care and service is second to none. The food was absolutely delicious, and it felt good whilst traveling to have home cooked, nourishing, high quality meals. We can honestly not speak any higher of this place, and it is our mission to make it back here!

“It felt like staying in my dream home in a beautiful town!”

Wish I had stayed longer here. I took so many pics of the interior and it will be how I style my future. I loved it here. The staff were friendly and the grilled prawns were the nicest I’ve had in a very long time. Absolutely beautiful food. The pool is great for a didn’t staring out at the ocean. My favourite place I stayed in Sri Lanka and I’m coming to the end of my trip. The town has such charm too when you walk along the beach. It’s very much worth the visit here!! Thank you for a great stay.

We had an amazing time at Coco Tangalle - the staff is super friendly, food was amazing and the private balcony and outdoor bathroom in our room made this place truly special. When we had to leave very early for our transfer to Ella / Safari they prepared a little breakfast to go bag for us which we really appreciated. Definitely would come back here!
