Location is perfect - just 2 mins away from beach. The room is nice, comfy bed, AC working; hot water in the bathroom, nice little terrace to relax in the shade. Just around the corner is a tiny tiny supermarket to grab some fruits, biscuits and water. Really nice restaurants on the way. Breakfast at ANB is very good: eggs, hoppers, pancakes, fruits - there is always a variety. On our last day we left early and they made us a breakfast to go and helped to get a TukTuk. Super nice staff!

“Pleasant stay near the beach”

The location was very close and walkable to the local beaches. The balcony was nice to watch the local bird life, we saw a peacock on our last morning. The owner arranged a tuk tuk pick up & car transfer to Udawalawe.

“Wonderful stay”

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful room with a terrace. The room was lovely and very well-equipped – it had everything we needed, including a first-aid kit, kettle, fridge, cosmetics, and drinking water. The location is perfect: just a 2-minute walk to a stunning beach and about 10 minutes to the Silent Beach. Everything was very clean, and there was always hot water available. The host was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Breakfasts were delicious and varied – we stayed for two days and got different meals each morning, both of which were excellent. The freshly squeezed juices were also amazing. The surrounding area and garden are absolutely beautiful, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

ANB Surf View was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, we had everything that was needed for a very comfortable stay. The location was great, it was a very short walk to a beautiful beach cove. Breakfast was great, it changed daily. Manoj and his wife ran a very tight ship, organised down to a T. We will definitely stay here again.

Great host, great breakfast. Beautiful garden! Nice little detail was the big drinking water dispenser in the room. Shower had hot water too.

The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We loved the little terrace in the stunning garden. The owner was very kind and location excellent right next to a beach. Breakfasts were amazing.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Peaceful with a lovely garden terrace. Delicious varied breakfast. 2 mins from the beach and a short walk to local restaurants and Silent beach.

The cottage is located in a quiet area, 15 minutes walk from Silent Beach. The room is spacious, there is air conditioning and beach towels, which is a very big plus. A hairdryer or umbrella is also available upon request. The owner agreed to early check-in without an additional fee, for which we are very grateful! The breakfast was very good, one of the best omelettes we have eaten in Sri Lanka.

“Lovely hosts, great location, amazing breakfast”

We stayed 5 nights in the family unit at the top floor and had a great time. The room is big and has a nice balcony with with ocean view and a colorful peacock hanging out on the neighbor house. The place is run by a lovely family that'll do all they can to make your stay comfortable. They provide a fantastic breakfast - huge, tasty and with new items every day. They make tuna with spicy sauce on top that we really enjoyed a lot. You're only a few steps from the Unakuruwa Bay and a nice 5 min. walk to Silent beach. Tangalle town is 10 mins/1000 rs by tuk-tuk. There a number of places to eat nearby and "Wife's Kitchen by Roshan" was our absolute favorite.

We had a wonderful stay in a very comfortable cottage, nestled in a beautiful garden full of animals and birds. Our daughters were thrilled with the two huge beds and their own private terrace. The breakfasts were the best, and every day offered something different. Walking distance to many coves for a swim or snorkel. A big thank you to Manoj and his lovely wife – you can truly feel the heart and care they've put into everything here.

Very clean, spacious room with a terrace in front where it’s possible to lay down and read/relax. Not even 200m from a very quiet beach where it’s possible to swim and snorkel (someone I spoke with was able to see turtles). Tasty and abundant breakfast, different every day. Friendly family taking care of everything. The price was absolutely fair

Breakfast was varied, freshly prepared and big portions! Excellent start of the day. The location next to the beach. Large terrace to relax with great view. We were here with small children and they felt - like us - at home!

Very spacious and comfortable room with a seating area outside to relax in among the many plants in the luscious garden. Only a very short walk to unakaruwa beach as well as silent beach a bit further down the coast. The breakfast was also delicious!

3 of us from the UK stayed one night. It's a lovely guesthouse with a very good room. Breakfast was great. We'd have loved to have stayed longer if we'd had more time.
