This modern and stylish apartment hotel offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, and is just 20 minutes’ drive from Stavanger. Laundry facilities are free to use and the building has a lounge area with vending machines for snacks. We are partially staffed and use contacless checkin with keyboxes. Comfortable bed, nice shower, apartment had kettle and fridge. Very quiet, I didn't hear anyone else. Nice and bright with big windows. View of industria areal with sea in the distance. Good location, 20 minute walk to the ferry port to catch ferry to Bergen. On bus route for the airport, number 42, and Stavanger city centre, number 2. Next door to a supermarket and Burger king, although I didn't use either.

“Well located for ferry, clean and comfortable”
Clean, comfortable, modern hotel well located for the ferry. Access to washers and dryers was very useful. Friendly staff.

“Perfect for overnight stay before ferry crossing to Bergen”
We booked a one bedroom apartment at the property and were very pleased with the accommodation we received. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and even though we didn't use it , there was certainly enough there to self cater. Excellent location just 20 minutes easy walk from the port. Regular bus service from the centre of Stavanger.

“Nice stay”
I had all the necessary facilities in the room: TV, a small fridge, shower gel/shampoo and conditioner. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is very close to the Stavanger Airport which was one criteria when choosing it.

“Great place to stay. Quiet area, big room. Dogs welcome!”
Big room with living room area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was basic but enough. Everything was decently clean. Wifi OK. They have a common living room in the entrance where you can get coffee. And they accepted dogs with no extra costs.

“Massive disappointment”
Our stay at this hotel turned out to be quite a disappointment. We were looking forward to cooking our own meals since each room comes with a kitchenette, however, the state of it was really off-putting. The microwave reeked of fish, utensils had pieces of dried food on them, the fridge was all dirty inside and when we turned on the oven it smoked the whole apartment because there were layers of oil on the inside walls. The location also turned out to be bad. There are ongoing road works and construction works all around the hotel and it feels like the hotel is right in the middle of it all. We also booked it for two people but they left us only one set of beddings (one pillow with a case and one small blanket with a cover). The apartment had a leatherette chair inside and after sitting in one I had some black ink all over my hiking shorts that didn't wash off. The shorts were brand new and after reporting it to the hotel they chose to ignore me. There is also no staff in the hotel after noon so if you have any issues you are left on your own. They are boasting about their 8.1 booking rating all over the hotel, but I would avoid this hotel at all costs. It feels very run down, dirty and unwelcoming. Edit: the hotel's response to this message just further proves that they are dishonest and it's best to avoid them. At no point in my communication I demanded (or even mentioned) free rooms, I have no intention to ever stay in this hotel ever again, free or otherwise. I have also not at any point tied my request for a compensation for a damaged item to either a positive or negative review. All I stated is that my item was damaged due to their negligence and I want a full compensation, which is only fair. There is also no question about the poor state of the apartment that we stayed in - ran down, smelly and dirty. Booking.com should review our communication with this hotel and sanction this hotel for outright lies in an attempt to save their face.
