“Definitely recommend!”
The owner is amazing! So helpful and sweet. Also really nice place where a lot of locals live with a lot of restaurants. Max 10 minute walk to the main tourist street, so good location.

Extremely well organised. Little videos explaining things were v helpful. Lovely staff. We stayed in a shared appartment with our own ensuite on the 8th floor .Great having access to a little kitchenette Easy walk to town and to the start of the trails. Or take a Grab for the latter if you prefer

The room was actually an apartment which you share with others, and the block that it is in you share with locals, so it had a completely different feel to other places we had stayed. However the room we got upgraded to was lovely and big, and had its own bathroom which was a lovely addition, and made our experience 100% better.

“Perfect extended stay with a wonderful host”
I had an absolutely lovely time at The Cave and kept extending my stay here. Cha Ren went above and beyond making each and every guest feel at home from the first minute. She sent the best spots to eat and offered opportunities to explore traditions and culture. I was lucky to be there during the Lunar New Year to experience a lovely tradition. The hostel itself is well-situated, and, while simple, it is comfortable and you have everything you need. I will definitely go back if I'm back in the Cameron Highlands in the future!

“Best stay in Malaysia”
Super comfortable and clean. Exceptional staff, I accidentally left my portable charger here the day we checked out and Cha Ren the host went above and beyond to get it back to me, she also gave us great recommendations for the area. Great facilities in the apartment we were able to keep our water cold, do laundry and cook our own breakfast.

“Easy and Smooth Days at The Cave’s The Sky”
We had the double room with the private bathroom within the shared apartment - we could watch TV in the living room and keep our food in the fridge. There was also a dining table, small kitchen, small alcove/balcony area and an ironing board. The space was simple but clean (could do with a chair in the room to put items on though). We pretty much kept to ourselves and all was fine - instructions were easy to follow. Amazing value for money too

“Okeyish Guest House in Cameron Highlands”
- whatsapp group made the communication very easy with the owner - activities are easily bookable through owner (half-day tour) - calligraphy workshop was a nice activity while it rained since you cannot really do many other things in the area except for hiking or tours

I Loved this place. The host, Charan, was wonderful. She was so kind and helpful with trips and information. I felt very happy and comfortable there. The breakfast was good with homemade bread. Can't praise it enough!

Cha Ren was the loveliest host! Helped us book a tour, and was so welcoming. We were going to do the tea ceremony with her but sadly fell ill but I can’t recommend this enough to anyone else who stays as it sounded amazing !!
