“Very Bad management”
- The management is inconsiderate, where the tenant's motorbike is parked under the premises for unavoidable reasons, so it is locked. Whereas we rent two house lots but are not given the flexibility to park the motorbike under the premises because of the rainy weather. To unlock, 5 motorcycle owners are required to pay RM50 each.

Parking is easy. Surrounding is very quiet. Cannot make noise after 10pm.
