“Not recommend at all”

Charge more than that i suppose to pay. I have video before and after i check in n check out. I clean up before check out but still charge me extra 120. After few days got email from booking.com the homestay want to charge me but declined. I already whatsap to get explanation why charge extra but got no reply at all. Bullshit.

“Scam”

We booked two times and still both times our payment was declined. We called several times no one responded. When reached physically we’re not able to find the property or any contact person. Finally ended up booking a stay in another hotel. Looks like a scam.

OMG! OMG! I don't like any thing at all. I called before checking in that morning. Asking about WiFi and telco availability. Property Owner offered a Free CANCELLATION' if I want. Accepted the offers and booked another place using Booking. Com One month later being charged the booking, and REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSE MY REQUEST FOR REFUND. BOOKING.COM REFUSED RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE THE OWNER TO COMPLY WHAT HE PROMISED ME, FREE CANCELLATION. Not trust dealing. Shown all communications via WhatsApp with clear message stated yet dishonorable owner. Shame on you. Think again before you want to book.

beautiful decoration in the house, but few furniture a bit old but still not affected our vacation. the location is near to night market, restaurant, coffee shop, 7e and such. the scenery at balcony was superb, it is nice to have your morning coffee while enjoy the view. every bathroom has water heater.
