The rear accommodation building where we stayed uses a pump to pressurize the water system. This pump cycles continuously throughout the night. When it starts the building hears a loud thump followed by the sound of the pump working. I mentioned it to the front office staff as a problem.

“Uncomfortable Stay Due to Accessibility, Amenities, and Sleep Quality Issues”
There was no lift available, and I had to carry a large and heavy piece of luggage up to the third floor. The shower water was not hot enough, making it uncomfortable to bathe, especially at night when the temperature was cold. The mattress was too firm and uncomfortable, which resulted in poor sleep quality.
