“Average, the room and all are ok, just the bangla staff not ok.”
I book queen bed through booking.com when i reached hotel the staff not allowed me to check-in he as me to add RM10 and change the room to king bed room due to i have small kids with me, i said it's ok, am fine with queen bed as a day before that i stay in 205 room and it was fine, the next day i book the hotel room again as we prefer to stay there instead but the staff were so mean, i check in around 11pm and he ask to add money and ask to change the room, its not abt the rm10, i can pay but please, just let the customer choose their preferences, i choose to stay in queen bed instead, and its not your business. I ask him to call the boss and let me speak to the bos, he said he will call and ask himself, and after few minutes speak then only he allow us to check in. What a terrible, we are so tired and the staff being so mean and annoying!
