“Excellent for clean, basic, authentic stay”
This is a quaint accommodation, very nicely set up for a clean and simple stay. There was only one other guest staying so no competition for the bathroom, it might be noisy if it’s a full house. Our stay was perfect.

The location was fantastic. Close to the station, right in the middle of all izakaya bars but quiet. Room was large. Bathroom area was new and very clean. Ease of check in. Perfect for night before the kumano

“Great location, but a lot of noise in the night”
The CUE is in a great location, few minutes away walking from Tanabe station. The space is beautiful and well kept.

“For a one night stay this is a good place. Close to the train station and shops.”
We had the place to ourselves, which was good. A lot of character in the place, old Japanese style. The bedrooms where clean and also had A/c, which was a bonus with the heat.
