Refund required. When I phoned to check out my booking I was told there was no record of my booking so I had to go elsewhere. The money for the 1 night booking has been taken out of my account for no service. What is the process to get a full refund please. Thanks Robyn Ware

I had people try and break into my room, and I couldn't get in contact with the receptionist when needed.. I had to wait for police to arrive. I had no security chain on my door to help protect my pregnant partner and sister.

“Worth what we paid”
Overall worth the money paid. Mostly quiet though the last night there were loud guests next door. The manager did exceptionally well to request they either leave or stay quiet. Nothing fancy but did the trick for a few nights Would stay again
