Situated just off the New England Highway, Econo Lodge Gateway Tamworth features an on-site restaurant and a swimming pool. Plenty of space and very family friendly. The rooms had very comfortable beds, and the kitchen allowed us to save some money and cook as a family.

“Whilst affordable, not somewhere we will opt to stay again,”
Understanding that it was a cheap stay, but many things were disappointing. Bedding all smelt like cigarette Taps in shower not working, often unable to turn shower off Pipes very smelly in bathroom, room had stale, damp smell. Fridge not working and freezer compartment full of water which soiled all of our food Smokers often sitting in front of rooms, overpowering and frustrating as a non-smoker
