“Feel we were ripped off, not given what we’d booked until we complained and paid more”
I had booked a 2-room apartment which looked fine in your photos with balcony & hot tub included. When we arrived rather than being accommodated in the Beach Tower as we had booked, we were given a run down room in an adjoining annexe that hadn’t changed since the 1970’s. The A/C did not work - I had to pay an upgrade of $37 to get the apartment seen in the original photos in the Tower which was better and had functioning A/C

“Peaceful.”
I loved how equipped and complete the room was. A full kitchen, two bedrooms and baths. It was a beautiful place, with a beautiful view, on a beach. Garage parking.

No breakfast was given but the room we stayed in needed renovation the bathroom ceiling was leaking rust on corners house keepers don't clean very well and aren't friendly. But I loved that it had rooms and a kitchen and the staff were wonderful it was just the housekeepers they were rude and didn't clean very well.
