A great hostel for connecting to other travellers. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are also two hostel pets, who love to hang out. Great rooftop with sunset views and dinners for 90MAD, which are delicious. Surfing everyday if you want to join. Easy walk to beach (15 mins) and supermarket/restaurant’s

“Great hostel with great vibes and fantastic food”

Jawad is a great host, and will take you to surf and to visit places preserved from the crowds. Food is fantastic, and shared dinner make it super easy to meet other guests. Everything is easy and the vibe of the place overall is just great.

Surf lessons with the owner. Good personalized tips & real progress. The breakfast there is top notch in the area, you cannot really get anything even similar in quality nearby

“Lovely people and delicious food”

The staff is extremely friendly and lovely, and the food they prepare is amazing. I've been to a few hostels in Morocco and this had by far the best breakfasts and dinner. Perfect location, close to the beach and to most restaurant and shops are, but still very quiet. Beds are very comfortable if you like harder mattresses. All other guests were also friendly, and I met some cool people. If you are taking surf classes, they will take you to the best spots working on that day even if they are a bit far out, rather than just to any of the closest beaches.

I have stayed at chill surfer before and I always feel so welcomed :) Such a beautiful experience with yoga on the rooftop, such a tasty breakfast and comfy rooms. I enjoyed my stay and felt so comfortable. Id definitely recommend staying here, yawad will take good care of you and if you need anything dont hesitate to ask <3

THE place to be in Tamraght!! Staying at ChillSurfer feels less like being in a hostel and more like being welcomed into a family. Jawad and his team take care of everything with so much kindness and attention, you instantly feel at ease and at home. The food is INCREDIBLE, always fresh, generous, and cooked with love. Breakfast is a daily feast that sets the tone for the day, and dinners feel like a cozy gathering where everyone comes together I didn’t get the chance to surf this time, but I’m definitely surfing next time! I’ve seen such amazing progress in all the wonderful people I met thanks to those magical breakfasts and dinners ( Jawad takes surfing seriously that he organised a lovely surf documentary watch party around a cosy bonfire) Need anything? Jawad always has the answer, whether it’s a taxi, surf lessons, daily trips, or just the best tips and recommendations to enjoy the beautiful town It’s the kind of authentic place that makes you forget you’re traveling ,you simply feel at home ❤️🙏

“This is the best hostel in Morocco, and a place that feels like a home”

This was the best hostel I’ve ever stayed at. It became such a home for me and I stayed for nearly a month. Everyone there made me feel so welcome, Jawad the owner is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet and went out of his way help myself and all the guests. Jawad and Ahmed put a lot of time and effort into insuring everyone gets the best experience surfing, taking a van to the best spots in the area depending on the conditions, even when that’s half an hour away. The breakfast that’s included in the stay is incredible, Yassin the chef is so talented and makes the best food in Morocco, both breakfasts and dinners, with meals that change every night. Honestly the hardest thing about this hostel was leaving, because it became my family and my home. And I’ll be counting down the months until I return

This was my third time staying at this hostel, and that already says everything. Every time I come back, it truly feels like coming home. Everything about this place is amazing: the atmosphere, the people, the food — absolutely everything. The food is incredibly delicious, made with so much care and love. The owner is without a doubt one of the best people I’ve ever met: kind, genuine, welcoming, and always willing to help. As if that wasn’t enough, they also have a super cute dog and cat that make the place even more special. The hostel is full of positive energy, warmth, and good vibes. I can’t recommend this place enough. This will always be my go-to hostel in Morocco. 10/10 — every single time.

Everything about this Hostel is amazing! From location, rooms, delicious food prepared by the host, affordability, proximity to the beach (5 minutes), market, surfing joy, ATM, massage, etc… Also the community and people there - Just grateful that I have met them and I can say that I will come back for sure!!! The host is a great cook, dj, surfer but most of all, a good person! ☺️ Love their cat & dog ❤️ Thanks Jawed & the whole crew! You are great people! See you around 😊

Voici une reformulation plus naturelle et fluide : We stayed five days in this lovely hostel. Everything was clean, and the location was great — just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The people were amazing, and the breakfast was excellent. We went surfing almost every day with Jawad, the owner, and made incredible memories. We’ll definitely come back next time!

This hostel is a special place. It has a community feel and you feel at home very quickly. Eating with everyone is so nice and the food is incredible!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

It's like walking into a family home :) everyone is so welcoming and heartwarming, there's a very strong sense of community, i loved it. Its chilled, which you have to get used to as well, if you're not already :) And the food...omg the food is the best I had anywhere else in Morocco. Thank you guys, I miss you already!
