Easy to find..one of few places with a sign. Quirky, character filled rooms with ensuites but basic. Very clean. Perfectly adequate. Good Kyrg style dinner and breakfast. Very friendly host.

It felt like home. I'd stay again.

The guest house is extremely welcoming. Nice backyard to chill, patio and living rooms. The room was spacious with a small entrance room, bathroom and bedroom. The breakfast was freshly served. A really nice place to stay if a Tamchy beach day is yours.

This accommodation seems to be run by a family and it gives a certain cozy vibe as if you were staying at your relatives. The interior is inspired by traditional Kyrgyz style with a lot of interesting details. They serve amazing home-cooked breakfasts and come up with something new every morning. The lake is 5-10 minutes away with convenience stores and eateries along the way and even on the beach.

Great place to feel like a guest of a Kyrgyz family. Delicious breakfast, 3 minutes to the beach. There is a large hall where you can familiarize yourself with old Kyrgyz household items and decorations.

We had a super nice stay at the Ethno Guest House in Tamchy, wonderful interior and lounge area outside, close to the beach and there are some shops and restaurants closeby. Breakfast was great with abricots from the owner’s garden. Definitely recommended.

The decoration is stunning and the location couldn't be better for reaching the beach. The staff were super friendly and very helpful with children. The breakfast was particularly tasty and prepared fresh.

Easy to access, conveniently located between Bishkek and mountain regions. Very nice family-owned house that allows diving in the history of Kyrgyz art and craft, and absolute must-see place that also gives sense of everyday life of local people. Authentic wooden rooms, nice lake-view from the large terraces, beautiful decoration and newly renovated bathrooms. Very responsive and English, French-speaking family members that advised us on many aspects of our stay. Excellent food, family-friendly and secure place, clean rooms, we will definitely come back for a longer stay.
