Everything. We stayed in the bungalow as a family of 4 and were blown away from start to finish. Check in was simple. Cleanliness of the entire resort was exceptional. Aesthetically pleasing. So many things for the kids to do every day. Excellent activities and facilities including the pool, beach, mini club, gym and sports area. Food on site was great and reasonable.

“Issues with the kitchen equipments, towels, cleaning”

The kitchen of the apartment should come with some kitchenware, cutlery, etc, but we did not have a proper pan, kitchen knife and also some equipments mentioned as standard equipments were missing. No towels were provided for the whole family. Many dogs on the beach, running freely with no control. We stayed for some extra days in the same bungalow. I would have expected some cleaning, but it was not provided. Some parts of the resort would require renovation for years, in particular, the dusty fence between the beach and the camping. On the day of the check out, we went for a short walk and still wanted to return to the bungalow around 10:00. However, it was not possible anymore as the cleaning staff already started the cleaning (even if I had not checked out yet and the official check out time was at 12:00)

Great facilities, all that you need is there. Shop not overpriced.

So many activities for the children!!!! Our children love this camping and we always come back every year. The staff is great. Location is ideal. We enjoyed the beach.

Facilities were beautiful and well thought out. There were still things to do with the kids even though it was off season. We enjoyed mini golf and offerings from the mini-club including archery, ping pong and art and crafts. The staff were great, really friendly and working hard. There were bikes and surfboards to hire, a super.arket, seversl playgrounds, padel, tennis and basketball courts, pool and football tables and several food places although many of them were shut at this time of year. The site is terrific. It also includes a beautiful little spa.We were there midweek so things were quiter perhaps than at other times ( which we liked). And it's a short drive to town if you do want to go and visit.

We arrived at the property at approximately 23:30. Prior to arrival, I had submitted a request through Booking.com for check-in between 23:00 and 00:00, which was accepted. The property officially states that check-in is available until 12:00 AM. However, upon arrival, the reception was already closed (it reportedly closes at 22:00), and we were required to collect our key from a self-service kiosk (Control Unit) next to the reception building. Despite successfully completing the check-in process at the kiosk — including providing my ID and our vehicle’s license plate number — I received an email later that same night stating that my reservation had been canceled due to a “no-show,” and that a partial refund had been automatically initiated. The following morning, I went to reception to clarify the issue and was instructed to return later to speak with the Reservations Manager. As I was on vacation, I had to interrupt my plans to revisit reception and resolve a mistake that was entirely due to internal miscommunication between staff. Because the automatic refund had already been processed, I was required to repay the refunded amount. The Reservations Manager initially attempted to charge me more than my original Booking.com rate. Only after I insisted and showed proof of the refunded amount credited to my bank account did she acknowledge the correct amount. After finally completing the payment, we returned to our bungalow to find that our key card had been deactivated. A security guard was waiting outside informing us that reception was looking for us — despite the fact that we had just left. We were left standing outside with a baby in our arms, unable to access the room, because the Reservations Manager had forgotten to provide us with the newly activated key card. I also spent a significant amount of time on the phone with Booking.com customer service, who clearly stated that the error originated from the hotel’s side.
