“I made friends in this hostel, which is super easy, if you are open to it. I loved the atmosphere and would come back 10”
The open space is great to chat and get to know people. You can rest there perfectly during the hot noon hours and the evening and chat with other guests. The kitchen is super roamy and has a huge table. There is a drying line, so all the towels and clothes are dry within hours. The rooms are small, but you have a private, clean bathroom, which I liked a lot. Lockers are there as well and you get big towels! The host is laid back, roaming around, but more in the background.

“Best budget option in town with a peaceful vibe...”
I had a great stay here and met some wonderful people...including the owner: I remain thankful for his coffee that was always there for the share : ) ...The hostel is a short step from shops, an easy stroll to the beach, a place with a peaceful vibe, there's a large kitchen and plenty of chill space, I will definitely return.

“Okay for a very budget hostel but overpriced for what it is.”
It was in a good location, very close to town. Was one of the cheapest hostels in Tamarindo. Rooms were decorated nicely.

“Most disgusting hostel I have ever stayed at”
Not much at all. This place is serious cause for concern. It shouldn’t be allowed on booking.com. The WiFi was good. That was about it.

“I wouldnt recommend it, you dont get what you have paid for”
I paid for a 4 bed room and we were sent to a very dirty 8 bed room where the bathroom didnt work and it was disgusting. We stayed just 4 hours to catch some sleep and left immediately.

There was a black women, she’s the employee who cleans. She’s super disrespectful, and thinks is the owner of the place. She opened the door like 100 times since 6 am, while people were sleeping Also her attitude, offered herself sexually to clients, and scolding everybody

“Nice and chill hostal”
It's a super chill hostal, has pretty good vibes, I love the kitchen that is big and it's outside. The owner is amazing and the volunteer aswell, I felt very relaxed there :)
