Very friendly and helpful owner and staff! The room has everything needed. Safe parking available. You can use the pool. Everything was clean and tidy. I asked for beach towels and they were provided. It’s close to a big supermarket. It’s not far from Tamarindo center, for me well located between the beaches around Tamarindo.

Right around the pool you have what you need to prepare your food if needed/wanted, the fridge in the room is also very convenient.. and the room has enough space.. it's close to the beach and the movement. It was my second time there and I'd go back.

The owners are friendly and accommodating. They gave me great recommendations for places to visit. The property is gated and feels very safe, and provides a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the town. My room was very clean and comfortable. The room had a refrigerator, the shared kitchen had the equipment for making simple meals or reheating leftovers.

Muchas gracias to the owners from Hotel Casa Carlota. The Hotel is near from Tamarindo, but you may be need a car to go there. For us it was perfect far away from the trouble. But its close to a supermarket. The room was very clean and we had enough space. You also have a fridge and a coffeemachine. We used the kitchen outdoor in the cooking area for the breakfast. There‘s also a swimmingpool, which was cleaned everyday. The owners are very friendly and they also give us good suggestions. “Fantastic place, highly recommmended”

This place is fabulous. It is really thoughtfully designed. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Communication before and during the stay was excellent and helped us to find the place in relation to bus stops. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and both sheets and towels were fresh and white. Fridge and coffee maker provided. The bathroom was cosy, but perfectly acceptable with a good and hot shower. Plenty of shelves and hooks. The hotel grounds are very secure and there is a nice pool area plus hammocks outside the rooms. It is across the road from a supermarket, 10 minutes walk to local restaurants and a bus or taxi ride to Tamarindo itself. It is convenient enough in its location to make it a really good value stay when compared to alternatives. Highly recommended.

The hotel is not actually in Tamarindo, it's in Villarreal, which is very close to Tamarindo. It has a gate, so your car and valuables will be safe. Each room has AC and hot water. Bed was comfortable and clean. There's also a swimming pool which was cleaned every day and a cooking area for guests. The owner was friendly and sent us lots of suggestions on Whatsapp. Good value for money since everything else was fully booked for the BPM festival. Close to supermarket and restaurants.

The owners provided free coffee as well as everything else listed. They even bought a small blender so that myself and any other guests could make smoothies...Above and Beyond for sure. The family who own this property are some of the kindest and most caring people I have met on my trip. They are very accomodating and even drove me around on my 1st day to help me get aquainted with the area. Their children are extremely polite and helpful. I will return to this hotel every time I come to Tamarindo.

Nothing to complain about, everything is super clean, the owner is wonderful :) ! all the equipment is there to satisfy us, wifi, air conditioning, hot water, private parking, outdoor kitchen available, beautiful pool area very well maintained. Quiet and friendly place! We feel very good at casa Carlota and we will come back there during our next stays in Costa Rica!
