The view from everywhere is absolutely stunning. The sound of the ocean was so relaxing to go to sleep to and the pool was always the perfect temperature! The poolside service was good and the cabanas were always free when we wanted them. The food and beverage menu had a great selection of things to choose from. We ordered dinner one night from the restaurant and I had the surf and turf which was amazing and my husband had the burger which he said was alright. The portion size was big for what we paid. Check in was easy and the staff are very friendly. They didn't speak much English and we don't speak much Spanish so make sure you have your translator ready if you're not fluent like us. But they were always very helpful and present.

Lovely Hotel. Staff nice and stunning view looking out at the sea.

We really enjoyed waking up and stepping out of our room to the ocean view. Leo and Mario took great care of us at the bar (reception was also very kind). After a long day out, coming back to the pool and a couple of cocktails was perfect!

Breakfast could be better. Only two eggs and half of a banana

The place was wonderful. View was breathtaking. The pool area was great. Looking forward to go back. The place made you fall in love with El Salvador. Food was great. Cocktails needs a bit more training.

Beautiful Views and Great Staff, but Serious Comfort Issues Our stay had some wonderful aspects—the staff were fantastic, the views were breathtaking, and the pool was a great highlight. However, for the price paid, there were significant drawbacks that made the experience less enjoyable. First, the road leading to the hotel is in poor condition. If you have a low-profile car, be prepared for a rough ride, as the steep and uneven terrain can be challenging. The biggest disappointment, however, was the room. The first one we were given felt more like a prison cell—cramped with barely any space to move, and the bathroom sink was simply a slab of concrete. Even though we had booked a triple room, we were charged extra, which made little sense. The air conditioning was another major issue. It was barely functional, which was a serious concern, especially since my parents have medical conditions aggravated by heat. My father suffered frequent nosebleeds due to the lack of proper cooling, and despite repeatedly bringing this to the staff’s attention, no real action was taken, nor was there any follow-up. While the hotel has great potential, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to these critical issues. For the price, we expected much better comfort and service.

Cost effective, free breakfast (which was delicious) and a 20 minute walk (albeit on a main road) into the centre.

“Wonderful view”

The view is amazing, the food was really good and we appreciate our stay the pool and everything. We were a bit disappointed that there was not hot or warm water in the shower but that is Salvador in general! A bit uncertain when we arrived at night cause there is no adresse in this country in the road was really bad so we walked couple minutes after our shuttle drops us but we found it and really appreciated our stay thank you

The view was great, it was amazing to be by the pool. We could walk to El Tunco too. We also liked the room facilites.

Our experience was amazing. The staff is helpful, the bar has very nice cocktail and the food is delicious. There is a pool just in front of the hotel that is open up late and the view from it (both for sunrise and sunset) is amazing. Rooms are nice too and very clean. The proximity to both El Tunco and La Libertad is appreciated, although not much to do in both of the cities. The beach next to the hotel is nice too.

The pool area is nice overlooking the ocean although lacking atmosphere. The rooms without a view are horrible, with no windows it felt like a cell, the linen was dirty and smelt abit off, bathroom was old with a broken shower and no warm water. I guess all this made the garden bed next to the shower seem strange as well

“Nice location but the place needs work”

It is in a beautiful location right on the water, you get an amazing sunset from your balcony or the pool. The rooms are nice and cool with aircon and the beds are very comfy. The staff were friendly.

The rooms overlooking the pool and sea are really lovely and comfortable. The pool is super clean and there’s enough space to relax around it. Breakfast is really great as well.
