“disappointed!!”
My car got broken into over night. I was at the end of the facility next to an open parking lot. Poor camera location therefore not ability to see what happened!!!

It was convenient to Winterthur and Longwood Gardens which we were visiting. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

Reservation was incorrect, not the same as on confirmation email. Staff was uncooperative and confrontational. Heating system is noisy. Breakfast was dreary.

“One night and never again”
There was no breakfast, just a simple paper bag with a muffin. Staff at the reception extremely unfriendly.

The staff were pretty friendly, the answered any questions I had and I had no issues checking in or out. The area is good, next to useful shops, restaurants and the mall. And for the most part served the purpose I needed it too.
