Stayed overnight and liked the tranquility so much, that I booked in for 2 weeks more. Friendly staff, great chef and clean comfortable rooms. Hot water on tap, nice pool. Located close to the sea and access to everything you need.

The staff and Mai and Lois were so kind and helpful and the dogs and cat were lovely to have around

Nothing didn’t get to the property due to incorrect address after asking twice for the correct address. The one provided took us to a family home who advised this is not the first time that people had turned up looking for this specific resort.

“Good location if you want to chill”

Great vibe and athmosphere at the hotel. Loved the chill outdoor areas. Staff was helpful. Easy to rent scooters at the hotel. Good wifi and air conditioning. Rooms were spacious and they cleaned them every day. Comfy beds. Loved the area in general, very chill and nice cheap thai restaurants nearby. Taling ngam beach was also lovely.

The apartment is spacious. They rent bikes on the spot. Bed was really comfortable.

The Staff is definitely the big plus here. Helpful & friendlly and with a quick laugh. The pool is clean and cool. A great little gem. The food is ok/ good, albeit a little pricey - for Thai conditions. There are nice other places nearby, so you can get a bit of a variety... Everything worked (except the electricity on my side of the bed) and there was always warm water. Cleaning every 2 days was fine and we appreciated the efforts that were taken to reduce the smell that emenated from the bathroom drains. We were a group of 5 and had all 3 rooms on the top floor which meant that we could use the terrasse all for us. That was a big advantage, especially during the heavy rains, which we also had. We hired 3 scooters for the duration of our stay which - considering the location - was a great way to get to places and see the island. Scooters worked fine and were in good condition.

Amazing place to stay on the quieter side of Koh samui - you will definitely need to rent a bike. But this place has everything you need with 2 amazing restaurants either side, our second time staying and it won’t be the last. We love this resort and it’s staff are so friendly, thanks for an amazing stay :)

“Perfect stay”

Villa Giacomelli was such a perfect place to stay. It was quiet, had beautiful surroundings, and our room was perfect. Paolo was so accommodating, he even let us have a flexible check out which worked so well with our plans. It is a bit far from the pier but nothing Grab can’t handle! It’s a short 10 min stroll down to the beach, which is gorgeous by the way, and the food OMG the food at this villa is insane. He has gluten free pasta which was a huge win for me, and his staff cooked up some of the best meals we’ve had so far. Thank you so much!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food from the on-site restaurant was amazing, we ate there almost every day of our 7 night stay. Few hundred meters from a beautiful secluded beach with places to get drinks and food. The flower was very well priced and high quality. Would highly recommend for a chill experience.
