Overview
Set in the heart of Tuscany's Maremma area, Argentario Osa Resort has panoramic views across the Porto Santo Stefano Bay. It offers many leisure facilities including swimming pools. Surrounded by a lush garden, the resort also features its own, private beach. Guests can enjoy drinks from the bar out on the sun terrace. Other, more active, facilities include courts for basketball, volleyball, football and tennis. During summer, there is a wide range of entertainment both throughout the day and in the evening. “Disgusting.”
Apartment booked not according to pictures on booking. Staff were not at all helpful, just showed us two other apartments that were in the same shape, even worse. There was mold on the walls, walls were cracked and spiderwebs with spiders in it all around as well as flies and bugs. Would definitely not book this. We just left around one hour after check in as we did not want to stay there because it was disgusting. When contacting booking about this issue and providing proof of the disgusting apartment they took the properties word over our proof and were not helpful.

“Disappointing facilities, poor rooms”
Air-conditioning was very poor, hot rooms Pool entertainment poor, extremely loud music Expensive drinks Very avarage breakfast The beach is private but you have to pay separately for sand lounges and parking. It's impossible to be there without a car, we were lucky to have one. Pools are not near nice to the images provided. Myself and our friends would rate this hotel as a two star and no more. The room wasn't cleaned everyday, bins not changed. Basins not washed. The kitchen provided was tiny with very limited pans and kitchen utensils. Furniture was very dated. The people working there were polite, unfortunately it was not up to a four star standard. Thanks

The hotel pool is well maintained and a good size. Access from the highway was easy.
