“Lovely stay”

This is a difficult one to review. The owner had double booked us so we were relocated to a different accommodation so I can't comment on the actual beach resort. However he did do his best to sort his mistake and gave us a discount on the price. The breakfast he provided was delicious and let our children use a body board for free and gave us a discount for his restaurant Talalla Juice and curry - we had two lovely meals there. Talalla itself is amazing - beautiful beach not many crowds and lovely clear waters.

Close to the beach. Air conditioner and ceiling fan in bedroom. Good shower and large bathroom. Big breakfast. We also ate at Talalla juices and Curry - one of our best meals in Sri Lanka and fantastic pineapple smoothies.

Primal, the host, is a very special and kind man. He makes sure you have everything you need. He also provides a very delicious Sri Lankan breakfast everyday, which we enjoyed outside by watching monkeys playing in the trees. Once we asked if it’s possible to get the local pancakes and it was no problem at all. Thank you! The place is very well located, near to the beach and in a very quiet area. We had a very lovely stay here, thanks for your hospitality. If we were coming back to Talalla, we would definitely stay in Talalla Village Beach Resort again.

The host Primal is such a nice guy. He will go out of his way to help you out, he made me feel so welcome during my stay. I stayed there while volunteering for Wecare lots of volunteers stay here and it's a great location, close to the beach and restaurant's and bars near by. The accommodation is a little rough around the edges but it's really good value for money. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Primal for being such a wonderful host.

A very nice and quiet place with a nice garden where you can enjoy the monkeys and fireflies! A lot of shops and restaurants were closed because of low season, but Primal makes sure you have everything you need! He also has a restaurant with excellent food! And he makes a lovely breakfast!

Very communicative host and the breakfast provided was nice. The place was easy to find and close to the beach, although there’s not many restaurants or cafes nearby as it is in the village. I’d stay again if I were to visit Talalla again!

We had a great time! The room has good size and is very comfortable. The host and his family is super nice and kind, taking a good care of their visitors. They prepare delusions breakfast and you can also pop in their curry restaurant nearby. If you prefer to be independent, you can use a small kitchen that has everything you need! Definitely would recommend this place :-)

Great place to be in Talalla. I stayed one week. Comfortable room. AC and WIFI working good. Yoga in garden. Great breakfast, all according to my wishes. And the host, Primal, is the most friendly and caring guy you can imagine.

Primal is an awesome host! Since the beginning he takes care of you and making sure you have an amazing and lovely stay. Sri lankan breakfast nice and lots of food! He is also super friendly, feeling like home far away from it! Super recommended!

The host is super friendly and will help you with everything to ensure a pleasant stay. We absolutely loved the breakfast. It was even more than we could eat, very delicious and also different each of the 3 days we stayed. The location is quiet and very near to the beach. Spacious rooms and a big bathroom. There's also a kitchen you can use for small meals. Oh and the wifi was pretty good as well.
