“Exactly what I needed!”

Stayed at Serendip for two months while working with WECare, the street dog charity in the area. My room was comfortable and Nisha the caretaker cleaned it every week as well as making breakfast for me every day. She really made sure to look after me during my stay. Had everything I needed - laundry and kitchen were very handy.

Very nice position a bit far from the main road, so i really quite. Everything is clean and the room is pretty nice. Nisha is very kind and helpfull and prepares everyday a differt delicious breakfast. Great value for money. Thank you Nisha

My stay at Serendip was absolutely magical, Nisha was so lovely and was an amazing cook. She was also so kind and gave me advice about where else to travel in Sri Lanka and what to do. The location was in a lovely residential part of town and wasn’t touristy. The beach was a 10 minute walk away and there was a supermarket right round the corner. The facilities were amazing - a full kitchen and dining room upstairs, which I had to myself, as well as another one downstairs where I ate the wonderful Sri Lankan breakfast that Nisha prepared for me. The room was also perfect, great AC, a mosquito net meaning I didn’t get bitten once, a balcony which looked out onto mango and banana trees that were full of monkeys and beautiful birds.

Me and my partner stayed at Serendip Villa for a full month, and we really felt at home here. It's a beautiful stay, located in a calm village area just a few minutes walk from the beach. We have enjoyed the clean and well equipped kitchen, the comfortable room, and the wonderful view from the balcony. Nisha is a caring and attentive host, and she made our stay extra special. Lastly, we must mention the sweet cats who live there. Please buy them some fish at the store right next to the stay 🐱🐟

I had a lovely time at Serendip. The housekeeper is a very lovely lady and made me feel very welcome and at home. The breakfast was lovely.

Everything, Saman is very nice and helpful, the room is clean and confortable and breakfast is very good! Highly recommended

Recommend for the best place to stay safe and peacefully on your vacation.everything was excellent. 10/10/10 And recommend go the talalla beach.that is the best long and silence beach i ever saw in my life.you can walk more than 2km on the beach area.and have a little mountain to the climb.

NISHA ♥️ a lovely, caring woman! This place felt like a home from home because of her. Very acommodating, will make breakfast at the time to suit you and it was always very nice! The laundry service is great especially because you get sweaty every day from the heat 😅 Nice, clean air conditioned rooms that have on suits. Freedom to come and go as you like with a set of keys. Very secure with gate and cameras. Location is great as short walk from beach and close to local shops. Lovely companion animals hanging out there at the serendip…Little cat, puppy forest 😍 and two bunnies 😊 also a cute, relaxing garden to hang out in if you wish. I highly recommended staying here.

I was very grateful for the air con! Lovely garden with hammock, nice balcony, comfy bed, shower with very good water pressure and even warm water if you want it! Little kitchen with the basics - fridge, microwave, stove and toaster so you can cook if you want. Delicious breakfast made by Nisha every day.

The homestay is really clean, calm and has a nice garden, great breakfast, a water dispenser and aircons! Everyone is really friendly and welcoming. They also did my laundry. The beach is only a short walk away.

i really liked almost everything in the house. from the nice garden to the puppy called Forest. he is just so funny and i played every day with him. he really is so playful. Nisha is a very kind person and she took care of everything during my short stay. i would definitely visit this place again.

balcony with a nice view, green surroundings, very good local breakfast, we could use the washing machine and the bikes, we could take the dog for a walk, everyone was very friendly, uncomplicated extention of our stay, the beach in Talalla is quite empty so there are not a lot of tourists there which was perfect for us, we loved our stay!
