I liked everything. The staff was kind and accommodating, the onsen was well maintained, the room comfortable although small and the breakfast was delicious. Very convenient location.

“Very convenient”
Excellent location, nice onsen bath on the top floor, modern and comfy hotel. I loved that they have pajamas in various sizes instead of the one-size-fits-all camisole that's usual in Japanese hotels. The bathroom, while tiny, had a surprising number of shelves to put your toiletries which is nice too. And the desk was big.

Very good location as it is just beside takeo onsen station so you can basically travel to most parts of Saga. Room is quite small but clean. Good onsen bath available in level 8. Good breakfast provided.

“A hotel very near the train station”
The hotel is very near the station. From our room window, we can see the trains entering and leaving the station. The hotel provides a lovely breakfast. Like the manner the food and cutlery is presented. One has to choose which half hour timeslot one wants to eat breakfast. The first timeslot of 6am - 6.30am is usually very quiet and the place is quite empty. I had misplaced my key card in the room. The staff were very kind to give us another key card on the condition we return the misplaced key card once it's found. We did.

Superb location just in front of the central station and very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.
