I love everything about my stay. I want to specifically acknowledge Haruta-san for making both our dinners and breakfasts very enjoyable. He recommended delicious food and was thoughtful during the food service. I'm very happy we got a photo with him!! I also want to acknowledge Tanigawa-san for making our check-in and check-out process seamless. I apologize if I mis-spelled anybody's name! The venue was bright, clean and quiet. Perfect to celebrate our honeymoon together. I greatly appreciated the futon set-up service. It was impressive to watch the skill of the employees who set up our futons efficiently and comfortably. The food was all exceptional. I loved every bite. Of course, I loved the bunnies as well.

It is the only hotel in the island. If you want to stay overnight, you'll stay here. I think it is worth staying for the rabbits. The dinner and breakfast buffets were actually large and quite high quality, but...

Stayed here as halfway point on Shimanami kaido bike ride. Had Japanese room. Comfy futons. Dinner and breakfast were amazing, lots of choice and well managed, we chose what time to eat so maybe this helped spread people out over the time. Onsen was good - indoors one. We had no shower in our room so had to use it. Lovely facial products and hair products to use in onsen area. Lots of rabbits around, a few with injuries or sneezing but pretty healthy for a wild rabbit population. Very friendly rabbits. Ferry easy to catch and runs regularly. Interesting history museum of the island.

Breakfast was good and varied. The location was peaceful and a few things to do. The staff were really helpful and attentive. They were accommodating of my limited Japanese ability. The shop had a variety of souvenirs. The tour is in Japanese at a level I could understand but you had the option to inform if you had only English ability. The island was peaceful and dinner and breakfast included. There was a museum and the options to get around the island on bikes. The hotel was very chilled and the experience of being in a Japanese style room was enjoyable. The view was beautiful and I would definitely stay on the island again and of course seeing all the bunnies was a highlight but I did not expect to see such beautiful views from the viewing platform.

This was the Best hotel in our trip. Japanese traditional rooms that a VERY spacious. Theres no beds but the tatamis are really confortable, and no worries, the staff kindly ask You if You want them to prepare it. Rooms include a cortesy green tea. Buffets are really tasty, the cafe serves Nice food for lunch but theres also a story that sales instant noodles that You could prepare in your room. The island is so pretty, rabbits are not Even a bit shy and You can notice that they are well Taken care off by the hotel staff and also by people that lives nearby. I bought a calendar and i could even recognize in the pictures some rabbit and spots i saw there! The onsen is very Nice too! A little bit weird at the begining for Foreigners but you can go too early or too late for more privacy. The december sunset i saw there was the most beautiful ive seen in My life.

My family loved this place, as it was the only hotel in the island. I think because of this, the novelty was mostly because of the rabbits, but the accommodations were amazing, especially the onsen and we appreciated the nice touch to experience Japanese culture.

“Extraordinary experience”

The location can’t be beaten. Bunnies are everywhere - especially in the morning before breakfast, which is something only the hotel guests can experience. The hotel rents bikes and those were in good condition. Food was just ok but nobody comes there for dining experience. Some of the staff members speak the best English I encountered in Japan.

It's the best hotel on the island and also the only one. The room was comfortable and liked that it was traditionally Japanese. Very friendly staff and a lot of buffet variety.

The bunnies were amazing. The island itself was also beautiful. The food, both dinner and breakfast were surprisingly good.

Really cool old school hotel with rabbits and boars running wild in front of it. Very good food, both dinner and breakfast were probably the best and richest i have ever encountered in a hotel. The older gentlleman receptionist is an employee worth keeping. Easy to go swimming at the beach wearing provided robes. Awesome stay!
