Very beautiful and comfortable, we enjoyed ourselves with the public onsen, private onsen, foot bath. The breakfast is delicious, a lot of japanese options that are so tasty and worth trying. The staff is attentive and polite. The hotel is quiet at night and feels very private. Very close to the bus station, very convenient location.

“Convenient and comfortable”
The hotel is nicely designed and pays tribute to the local craftsmanship, which I really liked. The service was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the room well-soundproofed. The washing machine in the room was a great bonus. The breakfast was tasty. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Amazing breakfast with both Japanese & Western options, lots of variety which was appreciated and the pastries were extremely fresh and baked in house which was delicious. Location is perfect - right next to the train station with ample parking onsite. Loved the in-room laundry and dryer which was especially convenient. Public baths/onsen were very spacious and clean. Best beds and very comfortable. Cleaners and hotel staff were very kind and friendly. Will definitely be coming back

Good size, comfortable room with washer/dryer and microwave! Location near the train and bus station is convenient for travel, although it is a 10 min walk from the “old town”. Decent onsen.

Staff were excellent. Rooms, although small were extremely well thought out with great little extras that I have not seen in hotels, like the hanging racks in the room. Washer dryer in the room was brilliant, no need to go chasing a laundromat. All switches and lights and power points next to the bed. Locations to the station and town were brilliant and the onsen first class.

“Comfy stay, no frills”
The room was spacious, able to open 2 luggage without constraints. Location was within easy walking distance to the old town area. A washing machine in room was a plus.
