I loved the location that was close to nature, away from the busy city center. Because the hotel provided frequent shuttle service between there and the Takayama station and also additional E-Bike rental, it was easy to get around. The hotel spa, hot spring was just amazing!! I enjoy it every day! There was also a special green hojicha tea pot outside the spa facility. That was also tasty and so refreshing! The breakfast buffet was amazing too! I could enjoy the local specialty everyday!! The hotel starff was all helpful and friendly always. Because of their help and hospitality, I could have a very comfortable stay! Thank you very much!!

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Not a lot of space, but that seems to be common in Japan! The facilities were good, including washing / drying machines, drink slotmachines. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good, japanese buffet, with lots of interesting things to try. The free drink in the evening (snack too) was welcome - and popular! The onsen were great - we particularly liked the outdoor onsen (male/female separate). Helpful etiquette guide. Bathing/dressing gowns provided. It was circa 40 minutes walk into the town centre - we liked the quiet and enjoyed the walk between. The hotel provide a regular coach transfer to/from town centre by the station - very handy. Convenience store directly opposite. We overlooked the car park, but it is a very quiet location, so no disturbances at all. Recommended!

Very helpful and professional staff, give the hotel a very welcoming homely vibe. Loved the outside outside onsen. Rooms have very practical and modern features. Grat location just outside the town, at a short drive to access the mountains.

Location is very near the old town. Opp there is a Family Mart. Ample parking lots behind the hotel. Coin operated washing machines and dryers. Nice onsen.

Good selection of foods for breakfast. We ate late so some foods were cold but we could warm it up in the microwave outside the dining room. The in house onsens were great, especially having the outer one with windows overlooking the stream and providing fresh air. Staff were very helpful. Having access to the microwave and hot water enabled us to buy cheap meals from konbini, which helped make up for the room upgrade my wife wanted when we saw the first room I had booked 2 months before. 🙂 The bonus drink at happy hour and snack from 8pm to 10 were a great offer.

Really pleasant and quiet location, far from the city yes, but the shuttle service makes it worth it. Nice onsen area, not big, but also never too busy during my stay. Very welcoming, with guest drinks throughout the stay and free evening snacks. Staff were very nice, from the satellite location to the front desk and cleaning teams, always helpful and happy to provide recommendations and information

The shuttle bus to and from the main part of town were so helpful! The hotel Onsen was gorgeous! Loved every minute!

AMAZING! 100% recommend!! Everything from communication by the hotel, to parking, to the room, onsen, restaurant, EVERYTHING was perfect! We arrived after 8pm and were greeted with welcome ramen! It was really tasty. Our room was very comfortable as were the hotel P.J's. The onsen was amazing. Especially the outdoor bath. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was help yourself, buffet style. It was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is right across the road from a convenience store, so you can grab your supplies as you leave in the morning.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the onsen facilities, which were perfect for relaxing in the cold weather. We felt warmly welcomed throughout our stay, particularly by the new trainee, Lian MuKi. She was exceptionally friendly and lovely, making us feel right at home. In such a cold place, it was wonderful to experience such warm hospitality. We also loved the complimentary ramen — it was absolutely delicious and a thoughtful touch for guests. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
