Nice Hotel with very welcoming staff. Free happy hour drinks. Nice flat TV in room. Rooms are clean. Many resturants around with good veriety of foods. Reservation is recommended.

Property was clean and well maintained. It had a very nice small onsen. On top of that, I was served by an exceptional older gentleman. Would defs come back and would defs recommend.

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the old town and station. The rooms and toilets are quite small (typical for Japanese hotels in this area), so it felt a bit cramped, especially with luggage. However, the breakfast was surprisingly good — fresh, tasty, and with nice variety including local Hida beef options. Overall decent stay for the price if you don’t mind compact rooms."

Very good hotel close to the old town. Everything was tide and super clean in every detail. The breakfast is free and it was very good they had almost everything.

Good location just 2 minutes walk from Takayama station, very clear information regarding reservations of car park with charges. Easy walk to morning market, surroundings many restaurants.

“Tiny bedroom”
The location was super great, near the station, the place you should visit. The area has a lot of incredible restaurants. The staff is super nice and very helpfull.

They provide a large range of different pillows to choose from at the lift hall. There is only one staff I can see at the reception, he/she also work for breakfast. Not speaking much English but super polite, helpful and friendly. You can check the status of coins-washing machine via the TV. Not accurate but provide some information. The free breakfast is not bad.

“Highly recommend to anyone visiting Takayama”
The breakfast selection was 10/10 amazing. They also provide free pajamas and a huge selection of pillows for us to choose from. Also they have a variety of complimentary toiletries, we were very impressed. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of charging spots in the room for 3 of us. The onsen was such a nice addition considering how affordable the price of the hotel was.

“Excellent.Highly recommended...”
I like everything about the hotel. From the smiling and very polite receptionist at the check-in counter to the room, breakfast, location all the way to check-out. Special shout out to the lady receptionist. She was super nice, helpful and always smiling. No wonder It's SUPER Hotel. I'm sure to check-out and stay at other Super Hotel when and if I go back to Japan...
