“A happy three night stay”
The hotel is very close to Takayama station and also within easy walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and walking trails. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Staff are very formal but helpful. I really appreciated the supply of umbrellas to lend for free as it rained a few times - and the availability of washing machines and dryers. Go to Brand New Day Coffee a couple of streets away, the Cafe Latte with extra shot is one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had in my life.

Reasonable sized room (for Japan). Good self serve buffet breakfast. Near station but not noisy! Walking distance (5km loop) to main tourist sites (temples, Main Street etc). Staff speak good English so very helpful if Japanese is not native language.

“A nearly perfect stay in a great location”
I really appreciated how available and helpful the staff were. The facilities were great, and the location was ideal (right in front of the station and next to a convenience store, which made everything very easy)

“Great stay in Takayama!”
The hotel is a few meters from the station which was great for our late arrival. Staff were friendly, helpful and gave me an umbrella to go explore the city under the rain without which i would not have enjoyed. Breakfast was wonderful, room was clean and nice.

“Very convenient, friendly and reasonable”
The hotel was very convenient, right across the street from the station and bus terminal, and at the top of the main shopping street with cafes all around.
