This is an adorable small Ryokan. It looks new, with great views. Onsen is pretty small, but satisfying. Not so many things to do during day-time, but very relaxing. Location is very remote, which both good and bad depending on what you are looking for. Very nice breakfast and dinner with magnificent views and very friendly staff. Very spacious room. Highly recommended.

The food was exceptional, genuinely the best food we’ve had in Japan so far. Every meal felt like a beautiful, thoughtful experience, and the chance to cook some of the dishes at the table made it especially memorable, particularly for our 10-year-old son, who really loved that part by the end of our stay. The hot baths were incredible and brought so much relief to my hips, which were very painful when I arrived. The traditional onsen experience felt deeply healing. We also loved the opportunity to fully immerse ourselves in traditional Japanese culture, wearing the provided clothing and shoes truly felt like stepping into another world. The staff went above and beyond in every way, especially with transport, kindly picking us up from the train stations and making us feel so well cared for throughout our stay. It was a very special experience to share as a family.

Loved the traditional feel to it was way nicer in real life than in pictures also the view was for 2 mountains it was awesome we spent the time drinking warm coffee and looking at the mountains.

As a family with tattoos we loved the private baths. The food was outstanding and the staff we so friend giving us local apple and apple juice for kids. They picked us and dropped us off at the station even with huge amounts of snow

Staff was excellent in their service, especially the old lady who grilled the delicious fishes for our dinner. Best of all is the offer to use any of their 3 onsen bath in private. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Authentic Ryokan experience with the onsen, the tatamis and a traditional Japanese breakfast.

The entire experience was wonderful, totally unique, like nothing we've ever done before. The food was amazing, I am vegetarian and they made an extra special effort to make sure that I had just as good food as my meat and fish eating husband. The onsens were great, very relaxing.

Our stay in Warabino was a very nice japanese experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly, the meals were amazing, we had breakfast and dinner. The Onsen very nice and relaxing, with wood and stone, awsome. The room was good as well and we had comfortable beds.
