House is like described, amenities list were provided sufficiently during our 3D2N stay. Host is responsive and very supportive and understanding. Our snowboard that arrived earlier is in the host's good hands. There were also 20% discount coupons given by host to be used at Hakodateyama Ski Resort. Love the view looking out from tatami room (downstairs) and dining area.

“Quiet location in Takashima / Lake Biwa”
Located in a quiet (area which was a bit difficult to find as Google Maps turned us around a bit). Three bedrooms (2 up, one down) with a variety of sleeping platforms from beds to tatami mats. No issues parking in front of the house. It was nice having a washer for clothes (but there was no dryer). Quick response to messages via the Booking app from management.

“Spacious and clean, quiet neighborhood”
We had 10 people staying in this house. 6 adults, 4 toddlers. We were very happy with our stay. The room is pretty spacious. And the neighborhood is quiet. Very close to the local famous kid's park by car. We wish we had stayed there longer to have more time exploring locally. The bed was comfortable too.
