Cute boutique shops right next door. 10 minute walk to train station and ferry terminal. 20 minute walk to downtown Takamatsu.

“Great little two bed unit, stylus and comfy”
Really different from everywhere else, like a little scandi flat. The caretaker had the heater on for us and it was so lovely and cosy, as we arrived late in the rain.

“Most relaxing and enjoyable stay in a generously designed environment.”
We stayed in the number 1 apartment of the address. It has two levels with a room upstairs where there are three single beds and a reverse cycle heating/cooling unit. On the ground floor level there's a comfortable and relaxing living space including a corner with a microwave oven, jug, bar fridge and some food preparation utensils. The rest of the space has a table suitable as a work space or for eating. A television on the wall is opposite a sofa, small table and another chair with another reverse cycle heating/cooling unit on the wall. We were very delighted that the TV included access to ad-free YouTube. The downstairs bedroom includes two single beds and another heating/cooling wall unit. Although there are no dedicated cupboards, a metal stand with wheels is available for hanging clothes for storage or perfect for drying clothes after being washed. There is one toilet in the apartment in its own dedicated enclosure. A shower and hand basin with ample bench space complete the configuration. The apartment was very warm for our needs with plenty of lighting, adjustable for different areas. The apartments are in a nicely renovated area of the city with a few shops providing gift needs, light meals or some coffee but not at nighttime as far as we could discover. It's about a ten to fifteen minute walk along the seafront to the main station and ferry terminal, along flat ground with no steps required. Easy for travellers of all ages if arriving by ferry or train. A similar walk in another direction leads to an extremely long covered mall with lots of retail and a variety of food. Supplies of towels, amenities and bottled water were good.

“Lovely little studio apartment for 2”
It’s a beautiful little unit that exactly like the pictures with all the facilities you would need. It’s in a lovely little enclave of shops in a v quiet residential area which I wish I had more time to explore. It’s a walk away from the train station and ferry terminal and can get quite dark at night but it still felt safe and I would stay again

“Very good apartment to visit Takamatsu and the islands nearby.”
We slept in apartment number 3, which was pretty big. Great design of the house and furnitures! Good location - quiet small street, near was cafe with bakery and restaurants, close to the stations and ferries to islands. Thank you for very good cookies, coffee and tea and water!
