The position was great - close to various cafes and restaurants and you could walk to the Ritsurin Garden. Appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location - able to walk to Ritsurin Garden.. There was also a range of restaurants nearby plus a couple of very good cafes. The staff were very helpful and friendly.and the breakfast was good.

Comfortable bed, room had a nice view. Washing machine facilities in the hotel available to use at additional small cost. Buffet breakfast.

“An excellent stay !”
The toilet is separated from the bathroom that is convenient for bathing without interfering the other ! The location is near the shopping arcade! There is also affiliated carpark ! The room is spacious with two beds with new furniture!

Great helpful staff. Coffee and drinks in launch 24/7 available for free. Optimally functional cosy room . Very good set of Amenities plentiful and great . Great variety in choice of breakfast options . Good bed

The staff is very welcoming. The location is perfect. Esp if you are planning to go to Takamatsu port for the ferry. The hotel is next to the shopping streets which you can find a lot of restaurant and shops nearby. Our room is also newly renovated, the shower and everything are new! The new KOKO hotel system on the TV can show if the laundry room is occupied, very useful! This is the first time I see it and it's even better than some big chains hotel system! (I never seen it in any Marriott Hotels!)

Good location, five minutes to tram station and many restaurants nearby. Staff with a translation tool which facilitates communication. They always tried to help.
