Located just a 5-minute drive from famous Takachiho-kyo Gorge, Imakuni Ryokan offers Japanese-style accommodation surrounded by tranquil nature. It features a large public bath with mountain views. “Recommended”
Small parking lots. If you drive a big car, you may have a problem parking. The owner was kind enough to allow us to park beside the hotel. Great location if you are there for the gorge. Is just 5 mins drive away.

“Simple Ryokan”
Decent Ryokan which you can find near Takachiho. Nice Ramen shop nearby. The staff is friendly. Able to provide breakfast at a decent price. A convenient store which is 8-10mins from the Ryokan has a good ranges of drinks and snacks.

“The hotel has its charm even though it is old. The innkeeper / manager was easy going and friendly.”
The hotel is old and very basic. Nothing fancy. Just needed a place to spend the night and move out the next morning.

Located next to Takachiho bus terminal and 35min walk from the Takachiho gorge. The room was very quiet, spacious and comfortable.
