“Good place”
I got the Queen room and it was very nice and cozy. They have a Jacuzzi within room. So basically its a studio type. I went there to surprise my spouse and they did all the Birthday decorations very well.

I received email midnight that my credit card did not has balance, which was totally wrong. When i called in morning they told me high fares than what were being shown on booking.com website. after a lot of asking i was told that the same room had been alloted at night to guests for 7 days who arrived at night and made cash payment in advance......

Nice stay overall. There was some imperfections, but the good service compensated this. It was a clean and spacious room. Will definitely come back here if I pass by Taif.

“Great Resort”
My stay at the hotel has been memorable. The staff are kind and very helpful. Abu Mazen, the operations manager was especially kind. He upgraded my accommodation for less cost than was required. I highly recommend the Resort for business and leisure travellers
