“Excelent place for relaxing holidays for those who do not demand luxury”

The description on booking is quite accurate and corresponds to what you will find on site. If you look for super fancy and modern place, do not book this one. If you look for relatively calm area than this can be your choice. Size of house is OK for family with kids, for 5 adults it would be more tricky. There is nice swimming pool (yet in February it is realy only for swimming as is not heated). In description its said, that you need car, it is highly recommanded, yet in around half an hour walking distance you can find city with restaurants and supermarkets. And just behind your house you have lovely volcano to climb. Communication with the owner as well as the facility manager went smoothly, the key is in a box located by the door and according to the instructions it is not difficult to get it. The owner sent a video with instructions on how to get to the house, because the navigation should show a different location, but according to Google Maps we got there on the first try and the navigation corresponded exactly to the instructions sent.

Martin, the facility's caretaker, takes excellent care of the building and its surroundings. Always ready for a nice conversation. The facility, away from the city, is ideal for people looking for isolation, peace and quiet.

This smaller property is a part of a larger one (2 in total 1 larger house and 1 smaller house). The smaller one we stayed in had everything we needed for the weeks stay with our family of 5. The property has some lovely gardens and seating areas to relax in the evenings. our kids enjoyed the pool throughout the day. The decoration is in-keeping with the Lanzarote style with some lovely artistic additions from the owner Sally. The property is located approximately 19 minutes from the airport and is really close (via car) to numerous beaches and attraction such as the Teguise Market, Aquapark (water park and pools), Aquarium, golf course, plenty of shops and places to eat. The internet was better than expected as we were able to watch Netflix in the evenings if we wished but sometimes needed to buffer on occasions. FYI the garden has grown since the last pictures were taken and has far more flowers to enjoy while you are there. It was also really nice that the owner Sally personally messaged a few nights before to give me directions and videos to locate and access the property. Lastly but certainly one of the best points to this place is the property manager Martin, this chap will literally give you the shirt off his own back to help you out and make sure your holiday goes as smoothly as possible, he has a wealth of information about the island and is always happy to have a chat. Absolutely love the place and will return once we finalise our plans for our next holiday.

“A Lanzarote Pocket sized piece of paradise”

This finca is an extraordinary hidden gem, the facilities are basic as described by the description on the site. The beds are extremely comfortable this includes a giant double bed, bunk beds, a bed settee and a fold out bed/chair. Plenty of room for 5 of us which includes , 2 very tall teens and 3 adults. Our children are autistic so we don't stay in hotels as they don't like the hustle and bustle of hotel holidays. The peace and isolation in this piece of paradise was just our type of holiday. The kitchen facilities included an oven and separate hob, microwave, fridge and washer. The Oven and hob are essential for us as we do cook whilst on holiday these were clean and in full working order. The pool was clear and well maintained during our 2 week stay (even though building work was being done next door). Clean bedding and towels were given to us after our first week. The washing machine worked great and again is essential for us.. The bathroom has a walk in shower which is a must have for us as we have 2 persons who are disabled and cannot manage getting in a bath. The location is a little out of the way so a car is needed, but we had excellent directions supplied via a video. The location is about 7 minutes drive from Teguise, 15 mins Porta Del Carmen, 20 mins from the airport. There are fruit trees in the garden which you can pick and eat if they are ripe. The garden has lots of shade and little nooks you can sit in and enjoy the quiet. Martin the care taker is extremely courteous and visits every 2 days to maintain the pool and grounds. If you have any queries or problems he is easily contacted to come and help. The type of apartment is reflected in the price it is a basic little finca and we have thoroughly enjoyed staying in it We will be back and are hoping to stay in the bigger house. Location is superb! We loved this rustic little retreat and highly recommend! You feel nice and safe behind the closed gates and you are away from the more touristy areas, but close enough to make everything easy and quick to get to... perfect! Great communication from the owner and easy to get all the info needed to make the stay very straightforward. Martin is a really nice chap and excellent to have as a contact on the island. First class, looking forward to going back!

It’s great and quiet place. Not far from costa Teguise or Arrecife. Kids enjoyed staying in there. Manager Martin is such a lovely man and will help you with anything. Great communication with the host. Car is essential. Would definitely stay there again

The location of the property is ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet but still close to the city, restaurants, beaches, etc. Nothing is far out of reach once you have a car. The garden and pool are very pleasant. The house was fairly equipped and very comfortable. It met the needs of my family and made our week stay in Lanzarote a very affordable and enjoyable one. Sally communicated all the information we needed to get to the property without any issues and Martin was very helpful. We did have an issue with the toilet and internet but both were sorted quickly.

The location is wonderful, convenient for exploring both north and south of the island, but a car is essential. The setting is very attractive, surrounded by views of mountains and across ancient lava flows. Nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast and BBQ in the evenings. The pool was in a lovely situation, sheltered and surrounded by an attractive garden.

A traditional Canarian country house, something beautiful! Comfortable spacious house. Clean. Peace and quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped. Private pool great! A beautiful garden with blooming bougainvilleas and cactus. Lanzarote is amazing!
