the host is delightful, very friendly, helpful and kind. the place itself is at a beautiful scenic spot close to many green valleys . it's close to many amazing places (imlil, plateau de kik, ourika valley etc) were all within 40 minutes driving. the breakfast was nice as well!

This was such a treat after spending 4 days in the wild jungle of Marrakech. We’ve been to several riads and homes in Morocco, but nothing really beats the simplicity, cleanliness and silence of the rooms at Dar Louka. All materials are chosen with attention to quality and calmness of the mind. This is a place for those seeking peace of mind with a feeling of familiarity and countryside rest. Like visiting a friend and just watching the sunset while all the noise evaporates step by step.

Dar Louka is an absolute gem, and our stay was truly memorable. Catarina was an amazing host — warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay, and her hospitality really elevated the whole experience. The property itself is stunning. The views are breathtaking, with the house overlooking the Atlas Mountains — easily some of the best scenery you’ll find. The tranquillity and natural beauty around the villa make it a perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind. The only slight drawback is the final stretch of the journey: about 2 km of off-road driving from the main road. It can feel a bit isolated, especially at night, but once you arrive, the comfort and beauty of the place make it totally worth it. Overall, the experience was amazing. If you’re looking for peace, scenery, and exceptional hosting, Dar Louka is highly recommended!

The accommodation is beautiful with a nice backyard and pool. Everything is clean and the beds are comfortable. Christiane, the owner of the place, is really nice an welcoming and can give you advice on where to eat and what to do in the area. We really enjoyed our stay

“Real gem in the mountains”

This is a true oasis. The landscape is breathtaking, the calm allows to unwind and calm down. The house and rooms are tastefully designed and everything is to the highest quality but not posh. As far as see understood, the kitchen can be used for preparing food. You can order a tajine to be eaten in the garden and home made by Nezha. The breakfast ist equally prepared by Nezha with a lot of love. Hamid, who takes care of the house is very kind and always there. If you want to explore the surroundings, you can benefit from a guided walk. We thank the entire team from Dar Louka for this incredible stay and will come back for sure.

Everything was excellent. The location was peaceful , away from the hustle and bustle . The host ( Cristina) was very knowledgeable, helpful, and funny. The food was superb . The house has everything you could want and the garden is beautiful.

Beautiful house in a serene location. Perfect for an overnight after a trip to the Atlas mountains or the desert before flying home from the airport in Marrakech. The family room was super comfortable and clean and the host very friendly and responsive. If you follow the hosts instructions, the property is easy to find. I would really recommend dar Louka!

Very nice and friendly owner. Spotlessly clean. Great view towards the mountains. Excellent coffee, which is very important for me:-) Peaceful atmosphere. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Quiet at night...perfect for a good sleep. I felt a bit like being part of the family.
