“They forgot to pick us up at the airport. Bathroom was quite dirty. Only stayed 1 night. Rooms ok.”

I wanted to share my appreciation for the staff at Tizaou Guest House, particularly Wassim. He brought a great vibe to the place and was incredibly amicable throughout the stay. He really made us feel better at home and made it easy for us to blend in. Most importantly, he was always "to the rescue" whenever we needed something; his helpfulness was the standout part of the experience.

They gave 2 people the same bed so I ended up sleeping on the rooftop. I talked to the owner but he didnt apologize or offered me money back or something. Very disapointing.
