Staff were friendly and accommodating. The facilities were great and 7/11 directly next door, which was convenient. Great value for money.

Great Service, always fresh and delicious breakfast served by very nice and helpful personnel, plenty of food to choose from. The swimming pool was very clean. The room was pretty and spacious. I am very hapt that I chose this hotel and would reccomend it to everyone. We are thankful to great Staff for their great customer Service.

I was ready for disappointment when I booked a 3-star hotel. But I was blown away upon check in, the staff were excellent! the room exceeded expectations! And most of all the proximity of the hotel to the main city and beach was all within walking distance! A hotel in that location any tourist would have paid top dollar! Amazing experience! Oh did I mentioned that the place is quiet and well detached from the busy street noises? Definitely a must require should someone choose to go out and party!

Free airport pick up and drop off, very nice staff. Rooms are clean and tidy. You get all basic things you need without being too expensive.

Fresh amazing rooms. Hotel seems almost brand new. Think we was the most comfortable here. Short Tuk to main strip probably 3 minutes. Best to get a moped. 7/11 outside. Hotel gave free ice creams.

Really comfortable beds, clean, quiet, beautiful pool that was thoroughly cleaned each morning. We appreciated the complimentary icy poles at reception! There is a small playground and trampoline that's ok for kids 6 and under. Staff were great. Our son was unwell for a night and the staff changed the sheets with no questions or fuss. Location wise we paid 100p one way in a trike to alona beach because it was a bit far too walk with 2 little kids, it was really easy as there were always a few waiting out the front and the kids loved it. There is also a large 7-11 and a coffee shop out the front. On checkout they arranged an airport transfer and early takeaway breakfast for us as we had to leave before the included breakfast started.

Hotel facilities are good, but could be improved by having a bar / restaurant.

Spacious rooms, fairly new, comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast good, large pool, balcony for chilling out. 7/11 just outside.

The property is close to panglao beach and all other establishments. You can choose to walk or commute via the toktok. the staff are accommodating as well. They wede able to let me check in earlier than the intended time since our room was available right away.
