Hello,folks ! When you see my comment that just means I came back to Taiwan 🇹🇼 safe and sound ! It’s arduous to describe my affection of this hostel and how much I appreciate all of the kindness I had received from all the staffs ❤️ ! The room is clean, the food is great, the WiFi is exceptionally good, the staffs are incredibly friendly and it’s near to the port. At the beginning, I was struggled with my itinerary, however Rochilla helps me a lot by introducing the map of Bohol.Also, the guidebook from hostel is written in details if anyone is struggled with your itinerary in Bohol, it will be your most reliable resource ! Thank you Jo-Mar (?? I don’t know whether I spell it write) for lovely pancakes and warm greetings every morning ☀️! The crispiness of the rim of pancake will amaze everyone’s pallet. Thank you Rochilla for sharing so many things in Bohol and introducing me to my trainer of scuba diving and snorkelling, 🤿 he is also one of the best person I’ve ever met ! Last but not least thank you Ray and Gloria, you treats me like your own daughter. Both of you always make sure I will be safe, fed, and clothed. Little do you know how much I love each single moments to spend with you. I shall come back soon ! ✈️ Take care and stay safe ! 🥰❤️

“Peaceful Heritage Stay”

I had a truly wonderful stay at Oasis Balili Heritage Lodge in Bohol. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the unique character of the place. The building itself is a real gem, full of history and beautifully preserved by the same family, which made the experience feel authentic and special. The garden was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and tranquil stay in Bohol.

The owners and staff were so friendly and made me wish I had longer there. Beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast was also nice and cheap.

“Awesome staff, great location and great hostel vibe”

Its surrounded by gorgeous fruit trees, bamboo and nature which makes it a nice ambience to sit in the hammocks or porch. There are many places to sit and relax and the book written by a previous guest about Bohol was superb. I love the general feel of the hostel, so much history to the place and the older architecture gives it a really special vibe. Its a close walk to the pier and a short drive to the bus station. There are many shops, laundry places and eateries near to the hostel, I recommend Al Frescos! 👏 The beds are comfortable, has a lockable storage bin for your stuff and a free coffee is provided in the morning. The breakfast served is also very tasty and a few solid veggie/vegan options. The staff here are amazing, friendly, welcoming, helpful and make the experience a good one. You can rent a scooter from them also. I got the chance to meet Gloria who is wonderful and helped us pick fruit and told us about the history of the place, super interesting! It is located next to a school so it can get loud but its no problem for me, I slept really well here and met some awesome people! Thank you to everyone at Oasis Balili for welcoming me and making me feel at home. Id love to come back some day, all the very best to you, salamat! ❤️🇵🇭✌️😁

“A good bargain lodge”

It's walkable and so close to the ferry pier. The lodge sits in a big garden with wooden structure apartment with aircon. The receptionist s are so nice.

“Decent”

We got to drop our luggage one day earlier. The staff is very friendly, helpfull and approachable. The location is right near the port and relatively quiet within the city. They arranged our breakfast earlier upon request due to our boarding time, which was appreciated. The shower had hot water, though intermittendly hot and cold.

we like the old vibe of the place.. its amazing that the staff/owner was able to maintain its structure after all these years.. the place is clean, easily accessible, we love the plants around the lodge and its close to the port where we off boarded

Great place to stay. Beautiful heritage house with an interesting history. Very relaxing and very welcoming. Stayed longer than originally I originally intended. Excellent breakfast which was not included in the cost of the room.

It was a very nice experience to stay in this old, true colonial house that was important in the past for Philippino and Japanese people during the IIWW.

The old building has wonderful character. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and quiet, yet central to the town.

Gorgeous spacious old house, lovely gardens, very comfortable private single room with good AC, and the reception guy was very friendly and helpful.

Great location in the middle of Tagbilaran city inside a beautiful old building on a pretty idilic property. Staff and team is great and full of information to help you enjoy the island.
