“It was nice hotel with a great view. We hope the front desk staff were more welcoming.”
We liked the pickleball court, the pool and the attendant, and most of all the security/welcoming staff. The view is also amazing. We appreciate all staff (except front desk)

“Lovely stay!”
Carelessly left a bag in the room upon checkout. Hotel staff called me within minutes informing me. Saved me so much trouble. Nothing was missing from my bag when I collected it from the front desk. Had a great time walking around and exploring the hotel's facilities with my toddler.

“Spacious rooms, extra beds and breakfast prices are a rip-off”
Big spacious room, worth paying a bit extra for a lake view. Breakfast was ok, but 900 pesos for additional family members is a rip-off! Complimentary shuttle bus 3-9pm for shops up the road, Robinson nearby.
