“Highly recommended”
Everything except the noise because our room is at the very end across the the busy road is. Also there was an event company Christmas party that was on until early early morning. And they were very loud and the sound system. The guard at the parking is exceptional.

“A Nice and Relaxing Stay at Tagaytay Country Hotel”
We had a good stay at Tagaytay Country Hotel. The place is nice, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. It’s a good option if you want a peaceful place to stay in Tagaytay. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would recommend it.

“Great location.”
The surroundings were beautiful and close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly yet professional. We had problems with our room and were able to find a more suitable room for us. Although we have to share the room (four of us), it was big enough to accommodate the four of us.

“Unsatisfied with Booking.com”
I specify in booking.com with pwd and filtered wheelchairs during the booking process. However, booking.com offered a room that is located in the lower ground. The hotel doesn't have an elevator and the stairs are high. I needed to coordinate the frontdesk to move us to the ground floor and upgrade the room so we could be accommodated. Instead of getting the upgraded room to a discounted price in booking.com, we ended up paying more. Quiet frustrating. Booking.com needed to work on their booking tool.
