“Looking for a great place to stay in Tagaytay? Safe, clean and real value for money.”
The accessibility of the location. Very near commercial establishments, restaurants and the public transport. The place is clean and safe. The space is just enough for max 4 persons with walk in closet, TV, sofa, good working ac, a terrace to unwind in a very cold tagaytay breeze.

“Netflix, Naps, and a Nice View”
We stayed at SMDC Tower 5 and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. While it doesn’t offer a Taal Lake view, the view is still lovely and relaxing. The unit is well-equipped with useful amenities such as a microwave, mini refrigerator, drawers for clothes, reliable Wi-Fi, and Netflix, which made the stay comfortable and convenient. A great option for a hassle-free and cozy stay.

The caretaker, Cecile was really nice and accommodating. The location is ideal and accessible to major tourist spots. It was clean and the unit smelled good. Utensils and dishwashing soap were also available. The restroom was also clean and had a bidet. Our overall stay was amazing except for the TV that was not working.

The bed was super comfy, the views amazing, the guards were very polite and helpful, the swimming pools looked great,(I was unable to use them due to an ear infection) This property could have scored 10 Need to consider the needs of your guests more

We like the location. Very accessible to tourist spot and restaurants. 5min away by car. Room is very nice and clean, with tv, ref, rice cooker, electric kettle, microwave and extra fan. The most important, affordable.
