“IF they spent as much attention on the rest of the hotel as they have to reception it would be nice”
We expected from the description for this to be a newly renovated hotel but the only part that seemed to be renovated was the ground floor/reception area There were lots of staff in reception area and quite friendly but could do with some of them locating elsewhere where there was plenty of work to be done!

“Wonderful Stay”
Aside from the good view of Taal lake, from our room, the staff were attentive, very polite and courteous. All our requests were attended to immediately. Kudos to Francis at the front desk and Marvin os securiy. Lasty, our room was very clean.
