“The rooms 95%, the room staff or owner very accommodating 95%, guard/receptionist -10%”
I'm just wandering, why your guard receptionist keeping our ID after we registered our name and other info? They have the information in our ID why they should keeping it instead of returning to the owner. Remember 90% of your staycationist came from metro manila, if we forgot to get it, it is very hustle for us to return just to get our ID. Complete all the information they want from us but don't keep our ID in their possession. Thank you very much.

“Convenient but a bit depressing.”
There is a large viewing area on the 24th floor from you have spectacular views of the lake and volcanic island and sunset on the other side. This area is seated also which gives an area for play or eating. The lift is good. The bedding felt and smelt clean.

The location is good, there are coffee shops, retaurants, spas and convenient store around the vicinity. We like the fact that the use of the swimming pool is Free and the roofdeck has good view.

“Good place to stay.”
I like the place, the building, location is good, near to everything you need at the city. The swimming pool is nice, though i did not swim coz the weather is cold for a swim.
