“Buyer BEWARE”

This was mis-sold as a 4/5* accommodation choice. It was in fact a dormitory style building on what looked like a building site. The living space was minuscule, bedding smelt of damp and the bathroom facilities were barely adequate. Booking. com have a responsibility to ensure that accommodation hosted on their site fulfils minimum standard - there is otherwise no point in asking customers to indicate a start rating for accommodation choices. I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR SITE AGAIN

We had an amazing stay! The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed, including dishwashing soap, body wash, and shampoo. The host was very professional and allowed us to check in immediately, making the process seamless. The staff was also courteous and accommodating. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a great deal. We will definitely be coming back!

- great location. Plenty of food stalls and shops in short walking distance - very cosy "homely" feel to the place - nice TV set - almost 2 separate rooms - helpfull host - balcony - insane rooftop terrace! Would book again!

Very clean apartment, with a semi-separation between living and bedroom. There is an extra bed for more people if needed. Some toiletries are provided. Dishwashing, kitchenware, microwave were all available. The owner/manager is responsive and easy to talk to. There was Netflix, but it asks for authentication from the owner´s account. There is a balcony, though we did not use it. The location is very central in Tagaytay.

“Very enjoyable, value for money”

Breakfast is not included. But i like the fact that all i needed were provided. The unit comes with a microwave, a refrigerator, elec kettle and complete dining utensils, dishwashing soap and sponge, handwash, dish cloth and hand towel. Toiletries, bath towels and 4 pairs of slippers were provided except toothbrush and toothpaste which is understandable since it's not a hotel. They trust their visitors bec there is no one to do the inspection upon check out. It's also convenient bec we need not wait for the staff to return the key, we just left it the table and off we go.

Complete facilities, cleanliness, amicable and receptive host, comfort and location are all important factors in making this staycation a great place to stay. I was even fortunate to get covered parking spaces adjacent to the main entrance, considering I had a PWD family member who travelled with us. Will definitely make another Tagaytay trip using this accommodation.
