The location was close to the shopping mall just walking distance. The community is safe and secure. The villa is big enough to accommodate a group of 17 persons. WiFi connection very strong. The staff were kind , friendly and hospitable. It was a pleasant place to stay.

Very good location near shopping mall and other amenities. It’s easy to find the place. The three story house itself is very spacious inside and families can have individual rooms. One bedroom in the first floor and three rooms on the second floor. The attic is open with 12 beds. Toilet paper and drinking water were provided for. House was also very clean. Beddings, towels and kitchen utensils are well provided for. Outside has bbq pit and gazebo. Spacious and well manicured grounds. Caretaker lives at the house just beside so easy to contact. Also enough parking space. Highly recommended for big groups.

The property was located close to the shopping mall which meant easy access to shops and restaurants. 5*, The caretakers were also very kind and accommodating during our stay. My whole family enjoyed our stay and we have nothing but good reviews about the vacation home. We look forward in our next stay in this property.

Ms. Maria's house was wonderful and spacious. My mom and I specially love the beautifully maintained garden. It was a good place to stay and relax. The rooms in the house were enough for 10 people. We were initially surprised by the lack of aircon on the 3rd floor but found that the place is well-ventilated and gets freezing at night even without a/c nor fans. Speedy internet connection is def a plus. It was able to reach all parts of the house conveniently and be used by 10 people (whether for work/leisure) Needless to say, the place is clean and complete with basic amenities. The caretakers were kind and accommodating - Ms. Baby toured us and gave all the necessary information.

Everything that we needed, as in everything and even more, were there. The place is very very spacious. Notwithstanding that we were 15 in our group, we never felt crowded. The place was clean and presentable when we arrived. Wifi was OK, flat screen TV is large and clear, parking was available, water strong, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. Ate Baby, the caretaker, was a competent host too. She was there when we arrived, she briefed us on the dos and don'ts, toured us through the house and grounds, gave us her contact details, and made herself available half an hour before we checked out. The location of the house is also very accessible to the usual places of interest in Tagaytay making trips to and fro a breeze. Highly recommended and will definitely choose it the next time we will have a big group in Tagaytay!
