The location was great near all the stores and restaurants. The rooftop for viewing was very nice. You can see the tagaytay city and taal volcano. That was awesome visit. My family has a great time. Definitely we will be back.

The price just compensate the place. Only that I'm a bit disappointed! 1st, we were not advice for the room number where to stay. 2nd, I keep texting and calling for the caretaker but she didn't bother to answer my call and text. The pillow case and the comforter has a stinky smell. I suggest to wash it with downy. In the booking , it was clearly indicated that its a lake view and was disappointed that its not!

“Avoid if you can”
Very expensive rooms for few services : the kitchen don’t has equipment or necessary stuff like salt, oil. The room is dirty, mainly the bed sheets (picture) with black hairs. Balcony is so small, nos as in the picture. Shower is almost warm, not hot. finally the pool has an attic temperature.

I did not like anything at all it was a total nightmare for me and my husband.We have booked a lake view which specifically what is written in the website but what we get is a city view ..I choose to booked in this property for that reason as we will suppose to make used of this as a content creator. I think the owner itself should visit the place and see for herself the situation ..you will see what kind of standard hygiene you are providing to the guest. And i think you will have to update in booking.com as well to provide a specific location of the room.
