The location was within easy walking distance to the business centre. Public transport was also easy to access. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from and a nearby market. Checking out was easy, you just have to leave the key on the box by the door.

Location, wide parking area, and appliances inside the condo.

This condo unit that we stay are almost has everything from what you needs in going shower, toilet, on bed and utensils. What I like here in the amazing view of the Taal Volcano in the Roof Deck or 23rd floor. I also like this condo unit because you would see the whole city in the roof deck. This unit has such overlooking view because of it’s geographical location. Plus the temperature here is very cold, I remembered during late afternoon you can really see the fogs which are so good to see in the condo unit balcony. Also what’s nice in staying in this unit is it is near in malls, schools and restaurants. The front desk here are also very smiley and welcoming.

Room check-out option. Promised okay with late checkout but they accept another booking before our checkout time. I felt like we are forced to get out.

Location was near to some restaurants and near the central area. Check in and check out process was fuss free. Bed was comfortable. Basic room for a night stay is ok

“Amazing experience”

I like that they have almost complete basic appliances needed for our stay.they have induction stove i dont know if its working coz we didn't use it,frying pan,kitchen utensils,eating utensils, mugs, drinking glass, microwave oven, electric kettle, i think its 5cu refrigerator which is awesome coz we have food that needs to be kept in a ref. The a/c is working fine. We have a partial view of taal from this property which is quite nice. We also experience the fog in the morning that's makes it more of a bed weather.We supposed to swim in the morning to avoid being sunburned but end up staying in bed due to cold atmosphere.Also there's a lot of restaurants and stores nearby like 7-11 which is convenient if you need to buy something in the middle of the night.By the way Ms. Edralyn is so accomodating and was so patient with us bcoz we're suppose to check in 2:30pm but arrived late and she still assisted us with the check in process.
